Our consultants hold Security Clearance Certificates level SECRET and EU SECRET. Security clearance certificates are valid on the territory of Poland (level "SECRET") and the European Union (level "EU SECRET").

High level Security Clearance Certificates allows Yon Consulting to work on the IT and Telecommunication contracts in the European Union Member States where the access to the classified information is required.

The legal framework:

• "EU SECRET" certificates have been granted according to the European legislation dealing specifically with classified information (EUCI) including Council Decision 2001/264/EC and 2005/571/EC.
• "SECRET" certificates have been granted according to the Polish legislation, Dz.U z 2005 Nr 196, poz. 1631.
